Am I crazy or does anyone else find the Portal atmosphere very ominous and lonely?

    Posted: 13 Mar 2020 08:08 PM PDT

I don't feel it in test chambers, but when I'm in maps that focus on employee areas and catwalks. Something about being miles underground walking around the same generic rooms and objects completely devoid of all human existence. It feels like something ghostly and evil is stalking the halls with you. I'm assuming other players feel the same way, because maps like Office Prank utilizes this and Into The Multiverse has an entire part which captures this feeling of dread.

Issue: Saving progress on Xbox 360 split-screen co-op

    Posted: 13 Mar 2020 08:11 PM PDT

Hi everyone. I finally got my wife to play a game (a rarity), and she seemed to enjoy some Portal 2 co-op.

Problem is, out progress didn't seem to save.

We weren't too far in (3rd room in the 1st test chamber), but it's a bummer nonetheless.

I've looked online and the best I can find is that it won't save until after you complete a test chamber. Is this true? If so, how many rooms are in a test chamber?

We are playing an Xbox 360 version split-screen (backward compatible on an Xbox One).

    Any help would be appreciated.

I just finished my first playthrough of the first portal game! It was awesome! Is the 2nd one just as great and funny? If so, I'm buying it right away!

Can anyone help me find a custom map?

    Posted: 13 Mar 2020 01:42 PM PDT

This is a little bit off topic but i really wanted to play a map that i played like 2 or 3 years ago but can't find it because i don't have my previous steam account so i can't find it if you can please help me find it

the map at the start included a core and an elevator leading to a sever leading to a outside area, the map also included multiple parts which had the same surroundings but diffrent puzzles

that's all i can remember, thank you for reading and i hope that somebody finds the map that i wanna play so much
