Creating a "Hard" Test Chambers that in the end it reveals to be easy

    Posted: 18 Mar 2020 01:52 AM PDT

I returned to Portal 2 after like 2 Months in I'm in love with it again. As my old test chamber where too easy apparently, I wanted to create something harder but everytime I create something "hard" I playtest it with the hard solution, but for real there's a way easier solution. This is happening too often and it happened that I noticed the easy (and unintended) solution when I remade and polished the test in Hammer! Do you someone have some kind of solution to this?

This happened to me on my recent playthrough. Do we have any explanation of this? It's kinda scary.

    Sth weird I found

    Posted: 17 Mar 2020 05:16 AM PDT

So, test chamber 00, there is a radio that plays music, nothing out of the ordinary right? Now if you take it to the place where you found the portal gun it will play a weird sound, dk what it is or what it means.

I couldn't find any footage of this on YT , I guess someone has already discovered it and didn't find anything behind this weird audio.

Favourite portal like / puzzle sci-fi game?

    Posted: 17 Mar 2020 04:10 AM PDT

I just finished Portal 1 and 2, I have watched it on youtube a long ago but playing it was so awesome.

I was wondering what other people there favourite portal like / puzzle sci-fi game is. I don't know if there is going to be anything that gives me those portal vibes again except portal.

    take on the timeline

Between games I believe 270- 300 years pass I just don't believe that aperture would remain intact for 50,000 years. I believe 270 years would be enough time for the vegetation to grow but for the facility to stay intact. And even if the facility stayed intact for 50,000 years how could the combine not find it in that time?(even though we don't actually know what happened to them).
