    I just finished my first playthrough guys and holy shit it's sooooo good.... One of the best I've ever played and in my top 5 ever..... Gonna have to play the first one now.... (only had a pc for 3 months been a console gamer my whole life)..

    need help finding a mod for portal 2

    hey, so a few years ago when i was in my portal phase i came across this one custom map mod for portal 2, the only thing i remember from it is that there was an elevator i think and a bunch of different rooms or something, it didnt really have much to do with the main mechanics of portal if i remember correnctly. i think one of the rooms was a bathroom with stalls that got progressively taller (photo below) and the toilets were bouncy. this has just been annoying me a bunch recently and i would appreciate if anyone could help at all

    Portal 2 procedural level generation GANs

    I am trying to create a Machine learning-based procedural level generator for Portal 2. Below is an example of how far I have gotten. As you can see it doesn't look very good and doesn't actually have any puzzle elements. The algorithm has figured out how to make something that looks like a room but there is also a lot of noise.

    There is still a lot of improvements to be made, the main bottleneck is data, with only a measly 28 levels that I created I can't get too far. The code that I have written only works with p2c formats (it was the easiest format to read) and the workshop levels are only available in .bsp format.

    Here's where the community could help out! I am looking for level contributions (in p2c format). Any working level within a 9x9x9 chamber size works great. Larger levels are also good, I will find a way to use the data.

    The current goal is to make levels that only use buttons and cube dispensers, so any levels that you can create that meet this specific criterion will also help a lot. link to the level submission form.

    p2c files for levels you make in the ingame editor are located in steamapps > common > Portal 2 > portal2 > puzzles

    They seem to only include the gel sounds in the official soundtrack but are there any versions without them? Just wondering.
