    So over on twitter there is an account posting cryptic videos that all have to do with portal, all of them contain the radio from portal and all seem to have ciphers and codes within, now this could be a fan game doing an ARG or it just could be official, i'll let everyone here decide.     Weird frame rate issues in portal 1?

    Hi, today i wanted to boot up portal, because i just wanted a game to play, and noticed that whenever i shot a portal, the game would stutter, i have tried many things, such as lowing settings, turning off vsync, doing stuff in nvidia settings, and trying to make process priority higher,

    specs: ddr4 3200mhz ram ryzen 5 3600 rtx 3060 nvme ssd 1 tb

    with portal 2 it works good, so is it an issue with portal 1 only? i also noticed that other older source games have this issue, mostly hl2
