    Having just finished portal 2, i'd really like to play the co-op mode with someone, but it's impossible to find a partner online, and while i do have a steam friend who has portal 2, i don't wanna bother them.

    Just installed Portal 2 on steam again, can't open it.

    So, whenever I try to open it, it'll show the Valve logo, the Source screen, and then black. The game resolution is all messed up. After a couple of seconds, it crashes. Have tried to open it as an administrator, compatibily mode and to restart the computer. There is sound on the valve logo, but that's all. Any solutions? Everything I've found on the web were either this problem with Portal 1 or were slightly different with non-working solutions.

    What should I do?

    Where is the portal multiverse from?

    So on the wiki I found the Perpetual Testing Initiative page and it says stuff about confirmed alternate universe. Ik wat the perpetual testing imitative is but where do these universe come from? Some examples are the dark universe, the cat universe and the Godzilla universe.
