so we all know at the end everyone gets sucked to the moon but considering how much force would be from the air at earth assuming he doesnt drift to the side and assuming there is still some wind even after the portal closed could wheately get back to earth

We see at the end of portal 1 GLaDOS is unable to kill us with neurotoxin before the morality core is destroyed. If thats the case, how was GLaDOS able to kill the aperture employees on "bring your cat to work day" when at that point she had already had the morality core installed.
