    Portal 3 Concept (OC) (Long) (Spoilers)

    I haven't finished any half-life games yet so idk if this is lore friendly.

    In case you didn't read the tags, this has a small spoiler (including a half-life spoiler).

    So we know in half-life, (before any portal events happened I think) Black Mesa messed up making a portal and brought aliens from another dimension onto Earth (to be put simply and short).

    We also know that aperture science is still working and testing in the portal games.

    Finally GLaDOS says in "Want You Gone" (the second portal game's end credit song) that she is counting on you (Chell) to cause another disaster.

    To put it all together, what if Aperture science (GLaDOS and maybe the cores) finds out how to make a portal that doesn't only control space, but lets you control time. This means you can basically time travel using it.

    Chell (or a completely different main character) gets stuck back in time because of the time portal and they use the regular portal gun to progress through the game. Maybe there could be use of regular guns from half-life or use of the time portal. The time portal is still experimental so it wouldn't be the best and GLaDOS has the only copy so you don't control it. When the main character (Chell would make the most sense) is stuck back in time, they somehow cause the portal from Black Mesa to mess up in the first place and basically, portal causes half-life.

    I'm not the most creative so I don't know about a title (just Portal 3) and I also don't know how Chell would cause the portal to mess up, again I'm not a lore master.

    I just thought of this while listening to "Want you gone" and wrote it here immediately so I haven't thought of details.

    I don't actually think this will be the next concept of Portal 3 if there is a Portal 3. The chances of someone important finding this, or even this becoming popular are pretty low. We don't know if there even is gonna be a Portal 3. And important people might not even think this is a good idea. I just wanted to share my idea (which I thought was amazing). Hope you enjoyed.

    How intensive is Portal 2?

    I sure my laptop can handle it, but I've got a few questions. What does it take to run on max settings? What are the minimum requirements? My specs are i7-10750h, RTX 2060, 16 GB DDR4, and Some kinda ssd idk.

    Edit: I plan on buying for a friend. I don't know his specs.

    Yo, I'm looking for animators to join a MAP(Multiple Animator Project) based on an animatic based on a fanfiction based on a game based on another older game based around portal mechanics.

    Parts of the project need to be claimed before they're worked on to prevent the same part having multiple submissions, any skill level of animator is welcome!

    The rules of the MAP are:

    1. Parts need to follow the animatic, you can do it in your own artstyle, but it still needs to recognisably be based on the scenes you choose.
    2. Parts need to have a 16:9 ratio with a minimum resolution of 720×480.

    The deadline to complete a part is April 30th, and part claiming is first come first serve, so best join quick.
