    This will be a short quick post but I had a realization, I'm sure it has been noticed before but anyways. I'm sure most know the theory of the companion cube being weighed down by a body or multiple bodies stuffed inside it due to the achievement in the first portal game you are given when burning the cube which is fratricide, which means killing a brother or sister. I'm sure this can be seen as simply being the fact that the cube is viewed as a family member or the inanimate object feeling like someone Chell can be close to due to isolation, but my point of making this post is mainly about a realization. In Portal 2 there is a section where GLaDOS mentions that it is interesting there is a male and female in the files that share the same name as Chell. Could it be possible that it is all connected and the theory is much darker with Chell actually having a brother and sister and they were placed in the companion cube thus giving the achievement fratricide? I'm sure I am looking way too deep into this but I just wanted to share what I noticed. Id like to hear your thoughts though!
