My SO got me a portal companion cube for Valentines Day!
i'd better give him the Xbox
Okay, I've literally played portal 2 countless times on Xbox, but this is the first time I've ever noticed this @ neurotoxin shutdown
Now you're thinking with portals.
I remember a couple of years ago LEGO made a Portal pack for LEGO dimensions and hoped that they would make a LEGO Portal wave. I saw this on LEGO ideas by hachiroku24 of GLaDOS which looks really good.

This reminds me of all the pipes behind the test chambers
I made a quick "Animated Motion" "Picture" of some fling mechanics using MSpaint
Did anybody else notice that Fact Core survives the ending?
There should be a portal.... Hm.
This reminds me of when GLaDOS is building the levels in portal 2

I have started Portal 2 from the beginning again like 30 minutes ago and I have to say I didn’t remember how damn good the game and its dry humor are, which I was too young to understand first time I played. If you haven’t played it for a long time, just treat yourself and start it over again!
This gives me some Portal vibes ♥️

Sure, it took me awhile, but I did it! I stayed up till 3 in the morning just to finish it. Now I just need to find a partner for Co op, so I can beat that too!

Inspired by republiccommando1138's post. Unfortunately some of his examples aren't shown here due to the limitations of my \"Physics engine\", which was really just me applying a fixed set of rules to each frame I drew, eg Acceleration = 1 px/f, Gravity changes are only applied once the center of mass is through the portal, Terminal velocity = 16px/f, Frictional sliding = -2px/f², That one had to be loosened for the second one, where it becomes -5px/f² otherwise it would go way off screen; so I added sparks to help visualize that there was a greater deceleration. A lot of copy and paste-ing, but mostly done pixel by pixel.

Did anybody else notice that Fact Core survives the ending?

For those who somehow forgot, the Fact Core is the pink-eyed core.

Anyway, All the other cores get sucked out of the moon portal, Rick is first, as he falls out with the portal gun. Space core is the most obvious to notice. He is yelling, and he even hits you and Wheatley. But the fact core? Well, to start, Before chell is sucked into the portal, You can look at the fact core. At no point does he fall off the central core. And If he was taken when Chell and Wheatley were falling out, It would have been very easy to spot, like the Space core's death. So, what happened to him? We know (Well, think. GLaDOS could have killed him.) that he is alive, and in Aperture. I don't think GLaDOS would have killed him. GLaDOS has no reason that we know of to hate him, Unlike Wheatley. She hated Wheatley because he was used as an Intelligence Damping Core on her.

But this isn't about Wheatley. it's about Fact core, So what exactly happens to him? He isn't shown at all during GLaDOS' speech. Did she kill him, or assign him to a job, like watching the test subjects in cryosleep? We don't even have any hints or clues. All we know is that he wasn't sucked into space. And let's not forget that he isn't shown anywhere in Co-op. Personally, I think it is safe to assume GLaDOS killed him. But Why? we don't know. And given how abandoned this franchise is, I don't think we will ever know.

Is this game series worth getting an Xbox 360 for?

So I've been watching this subreddit for a while, along with reviews on this game series. I've never had an Xbox before. As the title says is it worth it if I can get the console and two games for about $90? Just wanted some feedback before making a big purchase.
