| Thinking of making a custom GLaDOS figure - Are there any official numbers for her exact size? Posted: 30 Jan 2020 11:19 PM PST I have the NECA Chell figure, and I think it would be cool to have a 1/12 scale GLaDOS to go with her. I'm thinking polymer clay and EVA foam might be a good starting point, but I'm just now in the planning stages. My question is: Does anyone know exactly how big she is? By toying around with NoClip and Gmod, it looks (to me anyway) like her head is a foot or so taller than Chell. Chell is 5'3", which if I'm right would probably make GLaDOS's head a little over 6 feet tall, I'm guessing? Maybe even 7? It's a starting point, but I have no idea if I'm right, or how to get started figuring out the rest of her dimensions. Does anyone know of any official dimensions? | Posted: 30 Jan 2020 06:29 PM PST Hey all, I completed Portal 1 the other day (loved it) and just started 2 today. In the beginning, Aperture seems derelict and the spherical robot told me that it has been a long time since I had began my stay their. I haven't played Half Life 1 or 2, but iirc, the universes are connected. I believe I remember seeing that Half Life takes place during after an apocalyptic event. Do I need to play Half Life to understand what happened? Does it aid the story at all, or should I not worry about it? [link] [comments] | ||
