The hilarious dark humor, the wonderfully designed levels, and oh my god the story twist when Wheatley takes over and now you have to work with GLaDOS, WOW. I was fully prepared for the story to end right there and be content. Only a select few games have given me a feeling like Portal 2 does, and experiencing it during these unprecedented times has been a welcome bright spot. One of my top five of all time. | Posted: 01 Feb 2021 09:25 PM PST so to my memory, GLaDOS had 4 different memory cores on her, all except 2 are important for this. so why didn't GLaDOS kill Chell just kill her right then and there on portals 2, in the first game, the reason it was preventing her from doing so was because of the morality core, and the curiosity core which made her curious to test's and behavior... but she doesn't have those cores anymore... so what's stopping her my best guess was because of a grudge she had, and wanted to torture her... but the problem to that answer was, why does she need to test then, couldn't there have been an easier way because GLaDOS did have a rant on how to torture Wheatly. any ideas or is there an answer to this I'm not seeing side note why did they put an angry core in her... wouldn't that make it worse! why would they make the situation worse? The Shaft in the last area is probably the dumbest thing in any mod I've seen it too. And the amount of turrets! What if it is intentional? To say that humans are bad at making puzzles (LOL)?
