    Portal 1 remake in Portal 2 engine?

    So I've played both the games and have been thinking if someone made the original portal with the visuals and assets of portal 2. I looked a bit into it and found out about Portal: Alive and Kicking and Portal Remastered. And unfortunately both are dead mods.There are plenty of community test chambers but they don't really have the same charm as I expect then to have.

    So now I'm like. Fine. I'll do it myself. I've started learning about the source engine and hammer maps making. It seemed all good until I reached the behind the scenes area. That stuff needs some thinking. I need to Re make the rocket turret, the offices and machinery but also try to make them fit with the behind the scenes of portal 2. Then the other issue is Glados' chamber. There's a lot which need to be made from scratch in there.

    I am not confirming an official mod. I don't want to give you all a false hope. I'm just saying that I MIGHT do it. So yeah. I will be trying my best to make "Portal: Aperture Science" into reality.

    A multiplayer combat game, which involves laying traps in the form of turrets and goo and such, where everybody has a portal gun maybe different classes? Like different robots in addition to atlas and p-body, I call it "portal combat" idk man that was less of a brain fart and more of a brain shit

    I noticed that there's always something in every aperature innovators chamber being put inside your body. "That coffee you had earlier had science stuff in it" and there's loads more examples but I don't feel like typing in every single one
