    GLaDOS Siri mod now possible?

    Posted: 13 Mar 2021 10:32 PM PST

With the existence of 15.ai, we have proven that custom GLaDOS lines can be produced pretty authentically. Just a matter of time until a mod is made. Adding the famous GLaDOS snark and insults would be a challenge, but a basic voice mod for Siri is definitely possible now.

    What do you think?

I just finished both games and their so good.

    Posted: 13 Mar 2021 03:59 PM PST

I got both portal games 3 days ago in a steam bundle after playing portal 2 coop with a friend on the ps3 a LONG time ago as a kid and decided to replay the game together for nostalgia. We did the coop mode in 6 hours I then did the 1st portal game and it was so good.

Portal 1 did so well at introducing you to the portal gun and the mechanics of the game whilst having the storyline and was a really good game the worst part though was how quickly it ended. I finished the game in only 3 hours which might sound as much but itt really isn't but I can tcomplain as it was really high quality and polished as well as being ajde 14 years ago and had a good ending of killing the evil overlord glados saving the day.

Portal 2. This game is so insanely good. First yiy start off in a relaxing room then introduced to a character which tells you that the entire place is falling apart ever since candice destroyed glados and he tells you you need to trust him. So instinctively you do he helps you get alive and you form a bond with him since you both want to survive. However when trying to find an escape pod he accidentally revives glados. That fucker. She then put you through a bunch of tests whilst he tries to gmfind a way to get you two out. You find a way out and defeat glados with corrupted cores. I thought this would be the end of the game like in portal 1. You verify the switch in body and boom he takes control suddenly the power gets to his head and glados gets turned into a potato. You and glados try to take him down together as he is a machine built to make mistakes and doesn't know how to run the thing. He gets stimulated after doing tests but fids p body and atlas so he tries to kill you. You escape from him but have no choice but to go into his trap. There you fight him. He learned from both times yiiu killed glados and sets up protections for himself but you prevail. Then you confirm to transfer glados into her original form and press the button like earlier into the game but he traps it and you get sent flying. The only thing you see is the moon to the top and portal gun to your left. You fire the portal gun onto the moon pulling him with you and glados saves you. Sending him into space. There all the turrets sing and dance but you get sent to the top the surface for the first time ever and as the door shuts behind you the companion cube from the first game survived the incinerator and cane back uo to you burn but in one peice. Then the credits roll and a cut scene occurs of him saying hes genuanly sorry etc etc.

Overall i am soooo happy I revisited this game from my childhood and spent 17.5 hours in both games combined for only 10 pounds and I love both games. It was one of the best experiences of gaming I've experienced and highly recommend the game. I still can't get ove rthr portal 2 ending.

I finally finished both games. Here are my thoughts.

    Posted: 14 Mar 2021 12:40 AM PST

    Scores first:

    Portal: 90/100

    Portal 2: 98/100

Portal: first of all, if we look at its story, the game does not make any effort. The story is the most important element for me after the gameplay, and I really didn't like it. The game does not complete the story within itself, yes, because there is a second game, but the story in which this game is located does not eliminate its mediocrity. I mean, you may have liked it, but I didn't.

And in the part of the gameplay, a lot of effort has been made. With the architectures of episodes, puzzles and other elements, that effort is felt. The producers really thought about each episode, how we could do different episodes. But although I like the episodes very much, I find it a little easy. I finished the game very quickly because most puzzles were easy. But as I said, I like the design of the section and everything. So he didn't make the game unbearable.

Portal 2: I thought at length about this game that there is no evil. And my conclusion was that the character of GLaDOS felt a little dim. Yes, we're fighting against this character, but in general I'm not very interested. But it was never a bad experience. The story is really beautiful and satisfying. And I really liked your finale. Anyway, I'll go from slow to gameplay, because everyone who plays the game knows that the story is a legend.

And in the gameplay, it does everything I complain about perfectly. Once the puzzles are much more difficult and complicated. I had to really think about every episode. It took me a long time to finish without looking at anything, but every time I finished a puzzle, I felt like I had a feeling after defeating a boss in Dark Souls games. This time, they added something to each episode, they fixed it up. For example, cubes. Understanding how to use cubes is simple but very satisfying. So I guess my thoughts short.

(If there are problems in some places, please ignore it. I know very little English when I'm not English, so more than half of this text is made from Yandex Translate)
